This brought me so much clarity this morning. Thank You. I have been dabbling in and out, even checking Facebook this morning for solace of some sort, instead it increased my blood pressure and all the stuff that challenges me. Inspired to free myself.

i hear you. I go to FB or Instagram seeking connection, and what I experienced was connection's opposite...this is one of the things that had me really start to question the way I was using these platforms.

I killed my Facebook many years ago and have never had a Twitter account but haven't been able to completely log off of Instagram yet... I do still find inspiration there. Keep us posted please- I'm interested to hear if you still feel the same as time goes on.

so far I am so so happy to be off FB. I do think i'll go back on instagram, and slowly but surely wean off of FB once my business grows enough that I don't have to use it for self promotion (eek). I don't have a Tweeter, either.
