As a person alive in 2024, you already know the benefits of attending to your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. However: lately you’re finding that no matter how diligently you tick the boxes on the self-care checklist, your tried-and-true routines and practices seem to be falling short. These days, the things that used to offer at least some relief are distracting at best, and stressful at worst (because let’s be real: the last thing any of us need is to add to the neverending to-do list). It’s becoming harder to ignore that you won’t be able to self-care your way through this period of global instability, election madness, and the effects of making a living in late-stage capitalism (hello, burnout).
As this era of collective uncertainty continues to unfold, there’s a crucial resource that’s often overlooked: energy. And not the cortisol-spiking, caffeine-fueled bursts of energy many of us have come to rely on to function—but the vital life force that exists inside of every living being. Now more than ever it’s important to learn to create the conditions inside of which you can connect to this aspect of your experience as a tool for inner fortification.
You are invited to join me and my dear colleague, Liz Smith, for a transformative, two-part experiential workshop, where you will learn essential tools to reclaim your energy so you can protect your well-being no matter how intense the world gets. This workshop will be particularly beneficial for empaths, highly sensitive individuals, and anyone who wants to stay engaged with the world in a way that makes you feel safe and supported in a sustainable way.
This workshop is for you if:
You feel deeply connected to the emotions and energies of those around you—at times almost to a fault
You often feel drained, anxious, or overwhelmed after spending time in certain environments or with certain people
You know a lot about nervous system regulation but that knowledge hasn’t translated to spending less time in fight-or-flight
You’re finding it increasingly difficult to stay engaged in the things that matter to you without getting overwhelmed—sometimes to the point of shutdown
You find yourself consistently on the brink of burnout and the thought of adding more to your plate is a non-starter
In this workshop series, you will learn *why* taking care of your energetic well-being as diligently as you attend to your physical, mental, and emotional well-being is an essential skill to develop during chaotic times—but this workshop is more than just learning new information. Under Liz’s expert guidance, you will also have a direct experience of energetic hygiene and have multiple opportunities to practice along with your fellow participants.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Grounding: Discover how to anchor yourself and soothe your nervous system. Grounding is a foundational practice that will help you feel more stable, centered, and at ease, no matter what life throws your way.
Edge: Learn the art of boundaries. This practice is especially powerful for those who feel like "sponges," absorbing the energy and emotions of others. Edge will help you establish clear, protective boundaries, allowing you to engage with the world without feeling depleted.

Interactive Learning: This workshop isn’t just theory. You’ll practice grounding and edging in real time. Between sessions, you’ll be invited to integrate these practices into your daily life and return with insights and experiences to share.
Supportive Environment: You’ll be in a warm, welcoming space where you can explore these practices in real-time. You’ll discuss what you’ve learned, support your fellow participants, and deepen your understanding of how to care for yourself energetically.
